the snailmail project

i found some addresses waiting in my e-mailbox the last few days, so i was busy packing notecards and writing little notes and making tons of envelopes from my culture&art magazines. i am sending off the first batch before the end of this week.

sets of notecards ready for the post office

postcards for my postcrossing buddies,
and two bright envelopes for 2 sweet girls i met on my blog.

if you haven't mailed me your address yet, i still have not posted the STOP sign, so more requests are very much welcome. go on, i'm waiting....

on another note, we're expecting the visa decision anytime this week, so that explains the reason i am all queasy inside, and poorly hanging on to what little bit of sanity i am left right now. i don't want to expect the worst, but i seem to have the knack of torturing myself. writing the snails and sealing envelopes and writing addresses are my only diversions that literally transport me to another world devoid of immigration concerns. i like to escape reality too, if only for a moment.

ah well, i'm hoping for the best anyway. whatever happens, it'd be for a reason. i know my prayers were heard loud and clear, and i've given everything in God's hands. His will be done.
